JACKDEVILART

- Johanna Lehner-Ariza -
MONOCHROMATIC DRAWINGS

The Austrian artist Johanna Lehner-Ariza, also known as Jackdevilart, grew up in Switzerland and has been drawing all her life. In 2020 she graduated with a BA in Art History at the University of Berne, Switzerland. Johanna is currently studying Fine Art (MFA) at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco and Collection Studies and Management (MA) at Universität für Weiterbildung Krems, Austria.

Johanna converts her own photographs into elaborate drawings. Her monochrome artworks are created exclusively with pencil and black felt-tip pen.
Through strong contrasts she focuses on details in her works, which are sometimes even smaller than a normal pencil.
